Translatorus is the trade name of Translatorus, a company incorporated under French law with its registered office at 60 Rue François 1er 75008 PARIS 8 - in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter RGPD) and French data protection law - respects and protects the privacy of users of the site designated as translatorus.com, putting in place every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe their rights.

The above warranties shall not apply if Translatorus is legally required to disclose such information or if such information is or becomes in the public domain, irrespective of its disclosure by Translatorus. Similarly, in cases where the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person require the processing of personal data, or where their processing is necessary for the protection of a legitimate interest of Translatorus or of third parties, which is of a nature superior to the rights of the data subject.

Suppliers and employees

The personal data of our suppliers and freelancers (suppliers, translators, interpreters, graphic designers, affiliates, consultants, etc.) is treated as strictly confidential. The information of our collaborators wishing to register on our list is the information published on our site to which they will have consented by accepting the present Privacy Policy, such as the first and last name of the registrant, mother tongue, professional experience, training, telephone number and email.
