Many official documents fit no common category yet still need a certified translation: a medical certificate, an invoice, company articles, an adoption order, a power of attorney, a will. For a technical or medical document, the translator chosen is a sworn or certified professional familiar with the field, so that terms are exact from start to finish.
How pages are counted
A page is one written side of a document, whatever its format: a two-sided document counts two pages, and a half-page letter counts one. The form reads your files and shows the number of pages detected; you can correct it, for example if you uploaded two photos of the same page. Blank pages, covers and printed instruction pages need not be sent. When only part of the document is needed for your purpose, name the pages to translate in the Additional information field.

The price is €30 a page, with no surcharge for the type of document: a one-page medical certificate costs €30, and eight pages of articles cost €240. The total is shown before payment. The PDF arrives by e-mail within 24 to 48 hours for a document of ordinary size; for a very long or technical file, our team confirms the date before starting. Fast 24h (+€15) and Express 12h (+€30) also apply, and the paper original comes by tracked post for €8.

How is the price calculated for a document that doesn't fit any category?
The rate is still based on the number of pages, at €30 per page as with our other translations. If the document is particularly dense or technical, we'll give you a precise quote before you confirm your order.
Do you need the original, or is a copy enough for this type of document?
As with all our documents, a legible photo or scan is enough to start the translation. The original is only needed if you choose the €8 postal return option with the certified translation stapled to it.
Does the 24-to-48-hour turnaround also apply to an unusual document?
Yes, except for exceptionally long or technical documents, where the translator will let you know about an adjusted turnaround before accepting the order. In the vast majority of cases, even an unusual document is still delivered within the standard 24-to-48-hour window.
