Which authority accepts this translation?
The préfecture requires it to exchange a foreign driving licence for a French one, and the ANTS asks for it as part of certain online procedures. A translation certified before a French Court of Appeal is consistently accepted for both.
How many pages does a driving licence come to?

Do I need to send the original licence, or is a photo enough?
